Dear business partners,

We highly appreciate our cooperation and thus we try to constantly improve our services. We would like to inform you about changes in the method of reporting accidents, which until now have been addressed by service engineers directly, but in many cases there were poor means of communication with customers which even led to extended deadlines repairs.

For better ways of recording incoming orders and improving the work of our service technicians, please from now on contact our Service Center, where the issue will be registered and then resolved in the shortest possible time (there is a 24 hour service on the phone or ordering a service technician).
