Container Mini-dairy AGM 100…

 MINI DAIRY AGM 100 is completely new and as yet missing link on the food market in the area of milk processing.

Container mini dairy is integrated technological complex, which enables basic production of the standard milk products – in small volume, but with the possibility of wide range and quick change of production.

It is intended for small primary milk producers, to which it enables furthermore to process their production for local milk specialties, which can be profitably put on the market.
Mini dairy AGM 100 is conceptually divided into two sections.

Basic section is the technological part, which contains all equipment, needed for the milk processing for given product. The whole technological part is built into the container 30’, so it is possible easy transport after disconnecting the power (electric energy, water-service pipe, sewerage).

Auxiliary section is the sanitary part built into the container 10‘, which will be delivered in addition to the basic part only on customer request. This is because the potential customer can build up this section in some already existing object.

Considering the restricted area it will be possible in the mini dairy AGM 100 produce only restricted range of milk products. These range will be set according the customer’s need in such way, so as equipment of the mini diary AGM 100 fully conforms both the sanitary code and capacity of the machine and considering the roominess of the container 30‘.

Company Agromont Vimperk s.r.o. will to the operator grant the consultancy service during the approving and registration of the mini dairy AGM 100 before commissioning.

COTTAGE CHEESE
SOFT CHEESE
SEMI-HARD CHEESE
