Cheese boilers with the capacity from 50 till 650 liters are used for the heat change for the milk products as are cheese, curd…
Boilers are open type (without pressure) with the electric heaters and with the thermostat. They are intended for the milk heat treatment in the temperature range between 3°C and 94°C. Every boiler can be modified according the user demand by means of wide accessories offer and additional device.
All the cheese boilers are manufactured in agreement with the standards and the latest development in the dairy industry and have following advantages:

 


• Boiler, completely manufactured from the stainless steel No. 1.4301 is in compliance with all standards in the food industry
• Thermal energy for heating and cooling is transferred directly through the cover and bottom of the boiler
• Cooling water (for cooling down the milk) from the pipe or from water collector carries out the heat exchange in the boiler cover
• Milk heat treatment is fully automatic. All the process parameters can be set and saved with help of the multiple-function controller (type D)
• Cheese boilers are equipped with the two-part or three-part wire curd knife
• Special pasteurizer type enables also pasteurization of juice, syrup…
• Special elevator serves for the easier manipulation and cleaning
